No. The Employment Rights Reform Bundle is a one-off purchase. You pay once and receive all the resources directly to your inbox. There are no automatic renewals or ongoing subscription charges.
The reason we are not sending the resources until 1-2 weeks before the law comes in to force is so that we can be sure any last minute changes are accounted for! If for any reason this changes within 2026, then we will of course send you updated resources.
Full resource packs are then delivered around 2–4 weeks before each implementation date - which are April and October 2026. We will also send you a reminder one week before the law comes in to place to make sure you ae confident with using the resources.
Yes. Many clients already have policies, but they may need updating to reflect new duties and entitlements. The bundle highlights what needs to change, provides updated wording, and gives you checklists to keep track of updates.
Yes. You can share the materials within your organisation for your own internal use, including with managers and HR colleagues. External distribution (for example to clients if you are a consultancy) is not permitted.
