Sexual Harassment Awareness Training

Course Tutor Emma Wynne

Our training is designed to give all employees increased awareness of what sexual harassment is and how to report it.

On 26th October 2024, new legislation came in to force putting much greater obligations on employers to not only act on any cases of sexual harassment, but also to do all they can to prevent it happening.

By training all employees to recognise sexual harassment and how to report it, employers can show that they are taking their obligations seriously to provide a safe working environment.

What Does The Course Cover?

  • the legal definition of sexual harassment

  • recognising examples of sexual harassment, who the harasser might be and where it can happen

  • the impact that sexual harassment has on individuals and a workplace

  • how to report an incident of sexual harassment

  • how to access support

On completion of the course and 3 short tests to ensure understanding, all delegates receive a certificate of attendance for their training record.
